No. Qiblix handles the digital side for you, including the technical infrastructure, hosting, technical maintenance and support included in your solution.

No. Qiblix is a done-for-you digital service. You provide the information and direction we need, and we handle the design, development and technical work.

Your monthly payment covers the ongoing services included in your selected solution, including hosting, domain service, technical maintenance and support. Post-launch content updates are included only where explicitly stated in your solution. Copywriting and work outside your selected solution are separate.

Anything outside your selected solution — including additional pages, products, functionality, integrations, capacity or work beyond your included change requests — is handled through Custom — Scale and scoped separately.

Yes. You can upgrade your Qiblix solution as your business and digital needs grow.

Essential includes 2 revisions, Pro includes 3, and Signature includes 4 during initial development. These apply to reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or work outside your selected solution are handled through Custom — Scale.

Pro is built for businesses that need stronger growth-focused capability. Signature — Elevate adds a luxury digital presence with bespoke UX/UI, advanced motion, 3D elements and more sophisticated interactions.

That's what Custom is for. If you're building a SaaS product, portal, dashboard, marketplace, booking platform or another complex digital system, we can scope it with you.

You'll provide the content and assets you already have during onboarding. If you need Qiblix to write your website copy, copywriting can be scoped and charged separately after purchase.

You'll complete onboarding with your business details, goals, preferences, assets and requirements, then complete payment. Qiblix will review your submission, and once everything is confirmed, we'll mark your project as in progress and begin the work.

Absolutely. Qiblix can work with both new businesses and established businesses replacing or improving their existing digital presence.
